To this end, all of our Ayurveda instructional videos are available in the highly bandwidth efficient open standard Apple compatible .MP4 H.264 video format. These video files are half the size the traditional higher resolution .MPG MPEG2 files. Do do this you must use Apple iTunes and Quicktime (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download).

Users without an Apple iPhone, the iPod or the iPad, may still download the smaller .MP4 H.264 format files and view them using the VLC Media Player:

If you want to listen to the Ayurveda audios and videos using your iPhone - iPod - iPad you must use Apple iTunes and Quicktime (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download). In this case, for iTunes users, you should download the video files that have the .MP4 filename extension (H.264 - 640×480 resolution, 1008kbps, 25fps files) and the audio files that have the .AAC filename extension rather than the .MP3 or .WMA extension.
